What is "Forever an Athlete"

Forever an Athlete is an online program designed for to allow you to continue to train like an elite athlete, even if you are no longer competing.

 

FAA is broken down into 3 phases:

Phase 1 - Building the base; 3 days per week focused on an introduction to plyometrics and building work capacity.

Phase 2 - Increasing plyometric volume and sprint training, while introducing power and maximal strength training in the gym.

Phase 3 - Working on top speed mechanics and quick ground contact plyometrics, while shifting the focus to speed and power in the gym.

Training like an athlete has multiple benefits, including improving performance, muscle strength and size and creating a well-rounded body that is ready for any challenge in life.
